Shipping Policy – Heidi Lavan Esthetics
Thank you for shopping with Heidi Lavan Esthetics! I appreciate your trust in my small, woman-owned skincare studio and your love for results-driven Environ® products.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 3 PM MST or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During holidays, product launches, or sales, processing times may extend slightly — but I always do my best to get your skincare shipped quickly!
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): $8.95 flat rate on all orders under $100. Join my email list for free shipping code 😉

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free anywhere within the continental U.S.

Local Pickup: Complimentary pickup is available at my studio in Colorado Springs. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order leaves the studio.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, I only ship within the United States. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to order Environ® skincare, please contact me for referral to an authorized stockist in your country.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is in transit, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or UPS). If your order appears lost or delayed, please reach out to the carrier first and then email me at heidi@heidi-lavan-esthetics.com — I’m always happy to assist with claims or replacements where possible.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so I can make it right.
Backorders or Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases, a product may be temporarily out of stock. I’ll notify you right away and ship your full order as soon as all items are available. If you prefer to split shipments, additional postage may apply.
Returns on Shipped Orders
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and not empty. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
